Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the auction listing as an “Absolute Auction,” Crazy Good Auctions, its auctioneers, affiliates, employees, and consignors may place bids on items in any sale, including items they own or represent. These bids may be placed to initiate or protect minimum sale prices or reserves.

 

Participation in our auctions constitutes Your acceptance of this policy. You waive any claims against the Company or its affiliates related to such bidding activity.

 

 

 

5. Placing Orders and Payment

 

 

By placing an Order, You represent that You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all provided information is accurate. Payments may be made by credit card or other methods listed on the Service. If authorization fails, We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.
